We understand that plans can change. Cancel your order with ease if it hasn't been shipped.
Cancellation Eligibility
You can cancel your order if:
- Order status is "Confirmed" or "Processing"
- Order has not been dispatched yet
- Cancellation requested within 24 hours of order placement
Orders You Cannot Cancel
You cannot cancel orders that are:
- Already dispatched or in transit
- Delivered (use Return Policy instead)
- Already cancelled previously
How to Cancel an Order

- Go to "My Orders"
- Find the order to cancel
- Click "Cancel Order"
- Select reason and confirm

Refund for Cancelled Orders
Prepaid Orders
- Refunds issued within 24-48 hours
- Credited to original payment method
- Bank takes 2-5 business days to reflect
Cash on Delivery
- If payment not collected: No refund needed
- If collected: Refund within 5-7 business days
No Cancellation Fees
No fees apply if order cancelled before dispatch or within 24 hours.
