Cancellation Policy

Overview

We understand that plans can change. Cancel your order with ease if it hasn't been shipped.

Cancellation Eligibility

You can cancel your order if:

  • Order status is "Confirmed" or "Processing"
  • Order has not been dispatched yet
  • Cancellation requested within 24 hours of order placement

Orders You Cannot Cancel

You cannot cancel orders that are:

  • Already dispatched or in transit
  • Delivered (use Return Policy instead)
  • Already cancelled previously

How to Cancel an Order

Option 1: Online

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to "My Orders"
  3. Find the order to cancel
  4. Click "Cancel Order"
  5. Select reason and confirm

Option 2: Contact Us

Refund for Cancelled Orders

Prepaid Orders

  • Refunds issued within 24-48 hours
  • Credited to original payment method
  • Bank takes 2-5 business days to reflect

Cash on Delivery

  • If payment not collected: No refund needed
  • If collected: Refund within 5-7 business days

No Cancellation Fees

No fees apply if order cancelled before dispatch or within 24 hours.
